Customer Advisor Health Insurance - VBV Advantage | Career Changers Welcome
Your tasks:
- Telephone advice to insured persons and interested parties in German (inbound)
- Providing information on various questions from all contact persons by phone, chat & e-mail
- Ensuring high customer satisfaction
- Continuous monitoring of open pending matters
- Possible administrative and coordinative activities
Your profile:
- Experience in customer consulting and direct customer contact
- Commercial training or training/experience in customer service is an advantage
- Career changers are welcome, provided experience in customer consulting is present
- Confident German in spoken and written form; additional languages are an advantage
- High customer and service orientation
- Completed VBV training in insurance is an advantage
- Strong communication skills
- Enjoyment of telephone customer contact
