For our customer we are looking for a:

Facility Manager 100% (m/f/d)Your tasks:

• Responsibility for compliance with the contractually agreed technical services at several locations
• Carrying out site-specific tasks within the framework of overarching facility management, including contract and cost management, quality assurance as well as internal and customer-specific reporting
• Responsibility for the creation and monitoring of budget and forecast statistics
• Consulting and support of customers
• Personnel responsibility as well as ensuring compliance with management guidelines
• Implementation and processing of CAFM processes (order management)

Your profile:

• Proven leadership experience
• Many years of experience in facility management
• Familiarity with the requirements of building owners and tenants
• High commitment and assertiveness
• Open and communicative personality who actively approaches customers and employees
• Process-oriented and quality-conscious way of working
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form; English skills are an advantage
