IT System Engineer (Azure) (m/f/d)

Execution of service orders and small projects for SME clients in virtualised and hybrid ICT systems according to ITILv4 and ITSM
Maintenance and upkeep of highly available ICT platforms
Technical responsibility for the operation of customer systems
Second- and third-level support as well as remote maintenance and operating deployments
Revision and improvement of existing products and contracts
Qualifications:
Solid technical computer science basic training (certificate of competence) or tertiary education (advanced professional examination, NDS or Bachelor)
At least 5 years of professional experience as an ICT system engineer
Sound knowledge in standardisation and automation (desirable)
Fluent German skills in spoken and written form
