As a sales assistant, you are the friendly face that welcomes our customers and passionately embodies the values of our brand.

You make every visit a special experience – from the first conversation through to advice in the fitting rooms and support at the till and on the sales floor. Your goal: excellent service in every situation and a shopping experience that inspires.

In addition, you take care of processing deliveries, restocking goods, and the attractive presentation of our latest collections.

With your openness and enthusiasm, you create an environment that brings our brand to life. You accompany our customers with genuine commitment and proactive service – together with your team, you create moments that matter.

Experience in customer service and knowledge of our products and their features are advantageous but not mandatory.

• Adaptability & flexibility: You respond quickly and effectively to changing priorities and customer wishes.
• Action orientation: You act proactively, take initiative, and complete tasks with quality.

• Brand enthusiasm: You have a passion for our brand and collection and enjoy sharing this enthusiasm with customers.
• Flexibility in work schedule: You are willing to work at different times, including evenings and weekends.
• Good German language skills

Desirable but not mandatory

• Knowledge of store operations and customer service through previous retail experience

Additional Information

This is a permanent part-time position with a contract for 8 hours per week/on Saturdays.
