The Non-Profit Foundation Schweizersbild has been operating the BBC Arena Schaffhausen for 15 years. Regular training camps, seminars and events take place here. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed individual from 1 November 2026 or by arrangement.

Your Tasks

Planning, execution and billing of training camps, events and seminars Active new customer acquisition Customer inquiry support and contact person Independent management of accounts payable bookkeeping Creative co-design of our marketing appearance

Your Profile

Completed commercial training (EFZ or equivalent) Professional experience in administration, customer support Teamwork skills and an independent, structured and reliable working style Good MS Office skills; Abacus knowledge is an advantage Confident German in spoken and written form as well as good English skills
