Integration Advisor (80% - 100%)

The IV office is growing.

We are expanding our teams and creating additional positions.
As a member of our integration team, you will advise and coach insured persons with the aim of maintaining their existing employment, promoting professional reintegration, and supporting the job search. You will take on integration planning and purposefully deploy the services of the IV office and SVA Zurich. As a link between insured persons and employers, you understand how to involve important internal and external partners in the integration process. You will be the contact person for questions about social insurance benefits and their coordination, and provide employers, insured persons, and other external partners with relevant information. Your duties also include administrative preparation and follow-up.

You convince us both professionally and personally.
We expect a solid professional education and several years of professional experience in a comparable role. Knowledge in social insurance or human resources as well as experience working with people with mental illnesses are advantageous. As an open, communicative personality, you also enjoy working in the field. You understand how to respond to your counterpart and do not lose sight of the goal even in challenging conversations. You are characterised by strong organisational skills and confident self-management. In addition, you have a professional appearance and can negotiate competently.
