Outpatient care is currently being newly established with us. This is where you come in.

Your role

You lead the Central Services, a small team in finance, IT, HR and infrastructure. As a member of the Executive Board, you help shape the future of SBBR AG. Your mission: to relieve nursing of administration so that more time remains with people at home.

What to expect

You lead your team with closeness and clarity, listen, provide orientation and further develop your employees. You drive digitalisation forward with the aim of recording data only once and streamlining administration. You are responsible for finance, reporting and compliance towards the Executive Board and the Board of Directors and ensure economic stability. You are the contact person for team leaders, nursing teams and external partners and mediate between everyday nursing and administration.

What you bring

Degree in business administration, public management, health economics or a comparable qualification. Leadership experience, preferably in the health or non-profit sector. How you lead matters to us more than the number of years. Sound knowledge in at least two of the areas finance, IT, HR or infrastructure. Empathy: You are interested in the people behind the processes and can put yourself in the shoes of a nurse who is out in the neighbourhood at seven in the morning. Calm and competence: In hectic phases you keep an overview and make decisions that your team can understand. Enjoyment of new models and digital solutions. Good German and French skills, our region is bilingual.
