Description
- Agenda and Meeting Management: manage the Executive's calendar and organize company's meetings (occuring with important stakeholders), including sending invitations, drafting, and distributing meeting minutes.
- Travel and Expense Administration and Budget Coordination: handle the full process of travel and expense claims: initiation, tracking, verification, and approval within the system, and manage budget.
- Human Resources Support: process contract renewals, manage HR workflows, and prepare hiring proposals and job descriptions for new employees.
- Mail Handling: collect, sort, and distribute incoming mail.
Profile
- University degree in Business Administration or similar.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in Administrative and/or Executive support to management in international settings.
- Strong sense of accountability and effective communication skills.
- Ability to anticipate needs and propose practical solutions.
- Proficient in office software.
- Dynamic, proactive, and resourceful.
- Fluent in French and English (C2 or C1 minimum).
