Pyropac AG, based in Sennwald, is a manufacturing company for high-quality heating technology based on both fossil fuels and modern heat pump systems for the European market. As a subsidiary of the internationally successful Weishaupt Group, the company combines Swiss engineering with modern energy technology and makes an important contribution to sustainable heat supply. As part of a succession arrangement, we are looking for an entrepreneurial and strong leadership personality as Managing Director (m/f/d)

Your role

• Overall responsibility for the operational and financial management of Pyropac AG
• Further development and implementation of the corporate and manufacturing strategy
• Promotion of a performance-oriented and appreciative corporate culture
• Ensuring a high quality standard in assembly/manufacturing.
• Management of budget, investments and company results as well as reporting to the group company
• Maintaining important supplier and partner relationships as well as representing the company to relevant stakeholders

Your profile

• Technical education with further training at FH, HF or university level as well as additional business management qualifications
• Several years of leadership experience at executive or overall management level in a manufacturing industrial company (assembly/manufacturing) with profit responsibility
• Experience with corresponding corporate/group structures
• Proven competence in implementing development, transformation and change processes
