Permanent position, 100% workload, by arrangement

What we offer:
A multifunctional team. This makes the work assignments varied and entertaining and gives you the opportunity to take on an interesting task.
You can expect a good and pleasant working atmosphere in an enthusiastic team as well as modern employment conditions. We welcome our guests in the following rooms: conservatory with 45 seats, guest lounge with 30 seats, banquet hall (divisible into 3 separate rooms) with 110 seats, garden terrace with 60 seats and Bahnhöfli Chalet (external event room) with 35 seats.

What are your tasks:
• Supporting the head chef with organisational tasks
• Preparation and ensuring the mise en place
• Independent and creative work
• Managing the assigned station
• Assisting in the training of apprentice cooks
• Compliance with and monitoring of cleaning and hygiene regulations
• Monitoring of refrigeration and storage rooms
• Checking goods receipt

What we expect:
We are looking for a socially competent team player with training as a cook, who is used to working independently and responsibly. You can demonstrate organisational and improvisational skills. High service orientation, precise and efficient working methods even in hectic times complete your profile.
