University Clinic for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Psychotherapy

As a university clinic, we combine excellent patient care with research, teaching and innovation. Your tasks

• As a member of the extended clinic management, you actively shape the operational business and strategic developments of the clinic as well as teaching and research and take overall responsibility for the university clinic
• You take over the psychological and thus deputy management of a clinic area in close cooperation with the chief physician of your area as well as the nursing and educational management
• You lead your own area according to the principles of evidence-based medicine/psychotherapy as well as economic principles and develop it innovatively on this basis
• In close cooperation with the already active chief psychologists who lead other areas in an analogous model, you further develop cross-departmental processes, implement them in the clinic and ensure high quality standards
• You lead and actively participate in research projects of the university clinic and scientific qualification works (doctoral candidates, master students)
• You actively and creatively contribute to teaching as well as training, further education and professional development of the clinic
• You represent the clinic externally and maintain contacts with cooperation partners, referrers and interest groups, among others

Your profile

• You have completed a degree in psychology and have a specialist title in psychotherapy (or an equivalent qualification)
• You have experience in psychotherapy for children and adolescents
• You bring leadership experience both in clinical care and in administrative matters (personnel and budget responsibility)
• You have a doctorate in psychology and have your own research profile (habilitation or habilitation-equivalent achievements desired), preferably in one of the clinic's clinical-scientific focal points
• You have experience as a lecturer in teaching and/or training, further education and professional development of medical and psychological staff
• You are goal-oriented, structured and professionally sound and have a talent for cooperation and networking
• You possess team spirit and are at the same time assertive
