Systems Engineering Engineer for Vehicle Technology 80-100%
To strengthen our engineering team in the field of electric truck development, we are looking for an ambitious systems engineering engineer who leaves their innovative footprint in our projects.
Committed to sustainability, we shape electromobility with innovative drives, charging devices, and mobility concepts. The Designwerk team, consisting of around 200 employees, successfully brings sustainable commercial vehicles and proprietary products to the road.
Your Area of Responsibility
- Development and design of electrical system components (HV, LV applications) in the field of electromobility (vehicle and battery storage technology)
- Participation in vehicle development from concept to series product, as well as independent implementation of subprojects
- Intensive coordination with mechanical design and software development during the development phase
- Support in building prototypes in close cooperation with the development workshop
- Commissioning of prototypes and support of tests
- Technical collaboration in customer projects
- Work in a multidisciplinary team
Your Advantages
- University degree (FH or HF) in electrical, systems, or mechanical engineering
- Several years of professional experience in development in the field of electric drive systems, automation, control technology, commercial vehicles and/or related fields (e-vehicles or similar)
- Programming skills are an advantage
- Very good German and English skills
- Goal-oriented, independent, and solution-focused work
