Your Tasks
- In the first year, you will be assigned to one of our regional centers; in the second year, you will work in an AMEOS facility.
- You will be specifically involved in projects and support the management in operational and strategic business.
- You will learn the methods and tools for managing a hospital and work interdisciplinarily on strategic and operational core processes.
- You will prepare presentations and decision templates to initiate project-related measures and present the results to various committees.
- You will advance important topics and take responsibility for projects in various areas.
Your Profile
- You have completed a university degree in economics (Master's degree), ideally with a focus on health economics/hospital management, or you have a bachelor's degree with completed vocational training.
- You are interested in the healthcare industry and motivated to take on long-term responsibility.
- You have a pronounced entrepreneurial mindset as well as a structured, goal- and result-oriented way of working.
- You are characterized by strong communication and teamwork skills.
- You convince with high personal commitment and flexibility.
