We are an independent family business. Regionally known in the field of building materials as well as civil and specialised civil engineering in the German-speaking part of Switzerland. To strengthen our HR team, we are looking for a committed, trustworthy person for personnel administration to start immediately or by arrangement.

HR Specialist (a)

Your tasks:

Your tasks

• Complete personnel administration including reporting and master data maintenance
• Collaboration in payroll
• Support in recruitment
• Independent handling of all HR processes from entry to exit
• Preparation of employment contracts, work references and standard documents
• Close cooperation with line managers
• Training and supervision of commercial apprentices
• Holiday cover within the personnel department
  

Qualifications:

Your profile

• Commercial basic training or similar
• HR specialist with federal FA or diploma personnel administrator; further training or corresponding professional experience
• Friendly, empathetic, discreet personality
• Independent working style, networked thinking, high commitment
• Team player; native German; additional languages advantageous
