Internal Sales & Export Clerk 100% (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF75,000 - 90,000Responsibilities:
Enter and continuously process customer orders in the ERP system
Schedule deliveries and organise the necessary transports
Create and check outgoing invoices and delivery notes
Handle export orders including necessary export documents
Record, check and document goods receipts in the system
Coordinate procurement processes with purchasing and initiate orders
Monitor delivery dates of customer orders and suppliers
Receive complaints and coordinate their processing
Qualifications:
Completed commercial apprenticeship or comparable qualification
Professional experience in order processing, internal sales or logistics
Good user knowledge of ERP systems
Independent and reliable working style
Strong organisational skills and customer-oriented manner
Confident handling of customers, suppliers and internal contacts
Very good German skills, spoken and written
French and English skills are an advantage
