Coating Laboratory Technician Research & Development (m/f/d), 80-100%
What you will achieve with us:
- Development and optimisation of innovative powder coating solutions
- Planning, execution, and evaluation of technical tests and analyses
- Suitability testing of raw materials and auxiliaries
- Dialogue with raw material suppliers
- Documentation and presentation of development and test results
- Troubleshooting in case of quality and process deviations
- Maintenance and support in the further development of the ERP system as well as in digitalisation topics
What you bring with you:
- Completed training as a coating laboratory technician or equivalent
- Several years of professional experience in the powder coating industry / industrial coating development
- IT affinity and interest in digitalisation topics
- Very good German and good English skills, both spoken and written
- Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- Process understanding and interconnected thinking
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
