Tasks

• You are responsible for producing needs-based, innovative, healthy and hygienically impeccable patient and guest catering.
• You handle goods, foodstuffs and other products with care and cook according to modern knowledge and cooking techniques.
• You exceed the expectations of our customers.
• You guarantee high-quality cuisine at banquets and special events and share responsibility for mise-en-place as well as the assembly and preparation of dishes.
• You are responsible for cleanliness and order.
