Your role
As a Store Agent at Alptel, you are not just a contact person – you are a problem solver, enabler, and product expert. You approach people openly, advise them on subscriptions, devices and
accessories, and find out what really fits.
You help to continuously develop the location and also support behind the scenes with
orders or logistics.
What you bring
You enjoy advisory work that makes an impact – and you are a genuine sales talent
You are communicative, open and enjoy approaching people
You have experience in the telco environment or are ready to quickly build up knowledge
You work independently, think along and contribute ideas
