To support the Group General Counsel, we are looking for an experienced and committed individual to start immediately or by arrangement as

Paralegal (m/f/d) 60 – 80 %

In this role, you will report directly to the Group General Counsel and coordinate legal, compliance, and governance matters across the entire corporate group.

Your tasks

In this versatile role, you will support the Group General Counsel with all legal questions of day-to-day business. You will draft, review, and revise legal documents in various areas of law, including corporate, commercial, employment, and data protection law. You will organise board and committee meetings, coordinate agendas and documents, prepare minutes, and oversee the implementation of resolutions. You will also assist with the preparation and execution of the annual general meeting. You will ensure compliance with corporate governance requirements, maintain the legal documentation of group companies with local contacts, and coordinate commercial register changes. Furthermore, you will manage external legal advisors, support contract management throughout the entire contract lifecycle, and independently handle standard contracts such as confidentiality agreements. Additionally, you will create and present training on legal and compliance topics and drive the evaluation and implementation of modern legal tech solutions.

Your profile

You have a legal education, for example as a paralegal with CAS or federal diploma, a Bachelor of Law, or a comparable qualification. Ideally, you bring at least five years of professional experience in a corporate legal department or a law firm. You possess solid knowledge in corporate governance, contract management, and legal processes and are characterised by discretion and integrity when handling sensitive information. Your working style is structured, precise, and reliable. As a solution-oriented person with a strong team spirit, you keep an overview even with competing priorities and work independently. You also have a strong affinity for digital solutions and process optimisation; experience with legal tech applications is an advantage. Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken, complete your profile.
