For our depot, we are seeking a reliable, independent and proactive individual who ensures that materials, machines and vehicles are in the right place at the right time. As Depot Manager, you are an important hub between management, site managers and our teams on the construction sites.

Your tasks

• You organise and coordinate the entire depot operation and ensure order, cleanliness and safety.
• You monitor stock levels of consumables, small equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE) and independently take care of reorders.
• You organise and supervise service, maintenance and repair work on our fleet, machines and equipment.
• You keep an eye on statutory inspection and maintenance dates such as vehicle inspections, emissions checks and machine inspections.
• You coordinate our internal workshop as well as external repair orders and warranty cases.
• You ensure the proper and environmentally compliant disposal of green waste, construction site and special waste.
• You maintain machine, equipment and vehicle data digitally and keep the documentation up to date.
• You independently carry out orders within the scope of your competencies.
• You take on transport of machines, tools and materials as needed.

Your profile

• Completed apprenticeship in main or secondary construction trades
• Manual dexterity and good technical understanding
• Driving licence category B and BE + forklift certificate
• Good German language skills in spoken and written form (at least level B2)
• Basic IT skills and openness to digital working tools
• Organisational talent and the ability to set priorities correctly
• Enjoyment in taking responsibility and pitching in yourself
