About the job

• You lead and further develop the five-member HR Services team both professionally and personally.
• Ensure professional HR administration and high service quality throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
• Responsible for correct and timely payroll processing.
• You actively shape the strategic development of our HR Services and set impulses for innovative HR solutions.
• Optimisation, standardisation and digitalisation of HR processes as well as further development of the HR system landscape.
• Ensure compliance with labour, social security, data protection laws as well as internal guidelines and standards.
• You lead HR projects and successfully drive change and digitalisation initiatives forward.
• Responsible for the further development of HR governance, compliance and quality standards within HR Services.

• A solid HR education with further training at the level of HR specialist certificate, HR manager, MAS Human Resources Management or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in a comparable role including leadership experience
• Very good knowledge of Swiss labour and social security law
• Experience in payroll and handling HR systems, ideally ABACUS, UKA and Flowit
• Enjoy actively shaping change and driving digitalisation forward
• A pronounced process understanding as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working
• A winning personality with a high service orientation, discretion and implementation strength
