Your main tasks include:

• Costing & acquisition of projects in the areas of timber construction, roofing, and solar systems
• Preparation of quotations
• Consultation with clients, architects, and planners
• Definition of project milestones
• Maintenance and expansion of a demanding customer base
• Participation and support in negotiations and technical clarifications with customers
• Evaluation and maintenance of important partners/suppliers and key customers

What you bring:

• Successfully completed basic training in timber construction or the building envelope sector
• Certified technician, construction manager HF, or similar qualification desired
• Experience in project management
• Experience in costing
• A flair for numbers, interconnected thinking, analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Confident handling of MS Office applications as well as experience with ERP and CRM systems
• Experience as a project manager and/or in timber construction in a similar position
