About the job
Your tasks- You are responsible for advising and supporting our demanding patients in social questions and problems
- Conducting individual case assistance
- Clarifications and interventions in the areas of securing existence, asserting social insurance claims, debt counselling, support in the administrative area, advice and support in dealing with authorities as well as reintegration measures
- Networking and cooperation with external specialist agencies
What you bring
- Bachelor in Social Work as well as several years of professional experience in social work, preferably in clinical social work, and good knowledge of the Swiss social insurance system
- Openness and acceptance of our non-abstinence-oriented treatment offer
- Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration in our teams
- Ability to work independently and autonomously and a high degree of flexibility and resilience
- Further training as a practical trainer is an advantage
- Good English skills and other foreign languages are an advantage
