The Regional Care Centre Baden is one of the largest providers of long-term care in Switzerland. We offer specialised professional nursing and care to residents of all ages in various areas of expertise. Our headquarters in Baden (AG) is currently being extensively modernised through new construction and renovations, complemented by 86 new retirement apartments.
The specialised medical long-term care department offers space for 10 residents in total, of which 5 places are available for ventilated residents. After the renovation, this nursing department will offer 25 nursing places.
We are looking for a competent, reliable, and committed individual for the RPB location in Baden, starting immediately or by arrangement, as a Certified Nursing Specialist HF / FH (m/f/d).

This is how you support us:
- You care for and support approximately 2-3 residents together with another nurse and ensure correct ventilation management
- You ensure the nursing and care of our residents within the framework of primary nursing, which includes professional and evidence-based care
- In addition to nursing duties, you also perform medical-technical measures
- You take on daily responsibility
- You maintain nursing documentation carefully and ensure a smooth handover to the team
This is how you convince us:
- You have completed training as a certified nursing specialist HF / FH or a comparably recognised qualification
- You have experience in ventilation management (home ventilation) or are willing to further train in this area
- You have professional experience in long-term care or acute care
- You work independently, possess high professional and social competence, and have a strong sense of responsibility
- You are resilient and flexible, able to act calmly and professionally even in challenging situations
- Ideally, you have knowledge of the RAI-NH assessment system
- You have good IT skills: MS Office, Pflegedoc
- You have good German language skills, both spoken and written
- You are an empathetic, innovative, flexible, and cheerful personality with a solution-oriented way of thinking and acting
