KEMARO was founded in 2016 in Switzerland and develops autonomous cleaning robots, cloud software and artificial intelligence for industrial use. In 2018, the company launched the K900, the world’s first autonomous dry cleaning robot for industrial and logistics areas.

Today, KEMARO employs almost 60 people at its headquarters in Eschlikon and continues to grow internationally. Our solutions help companies from logistics, production and industry to keep their operational areas clean, safe and efficient.

To strengthen our Customer Success team, we are looking for a Field Application Engineer (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

As a Field Application Engineer, you are the interface between customers, sales teams and internal engineering departments. You support distributors and customers in the implementation, integration and optimisation of KEMARO products and contribute your technical expertise in pre-sales and post-sales activities – with the aim of ensuring customer satisfaction and successful product use.

• Provide technical support for distributors and customers (remote and on-site) regarding product functionality, integration and troubleshooting.
• Coach and train distributors, investigate and resolve technical issues – coordinating with internal engineering or product development teams if necessary.
• Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and propose suitable technical solutions.
• Support distributors and customers with installation, configuration and validation of products in real-world use.
• Maintain strong partner relationships through proactive engagement – including training, calls and actively gathering feedback.
• Contribute your own ideas to build and structure scalable technical support processes.

• Completed training or degree in a technical field (e.g. mechatronics, electrical engineering, automation technology) or comparable qualification.
• Strong communication skills in dealing with customers and partners.
• Experience in technical support, field service or a comparable customer-facing technical role.
• Ability to independently analyse and solve technical problems – remotely and on-site.
• Confident manner and ability to convey technical content clearly and understandably.
• Native-level German, good English skills.
• EU/EFTA citizenship.
• Willingness to travel for on-site assignments at distributors and customers.
