We are therefore looking for a personality who thinks ahead, organises proactively and consistently follows through on tasks until completion.
As the central hub at matco, you coordinate employees, assignments and appointments. The calendar supports you in keeping an overview, which you provide.
Your tasks:
Planning and coordination of the deployments of around 10 to 12 service and installation staff - from fault to repair to installation
You coordinate appointments with customers, project managers and partners and ensure that the right specialist is at the right place at the right time
The entire contract maintenance for private and business customers is your responsibility, including maintenance and filter lists as well as coordination of the maintenance technicians
If a repair is required following maintenance, you clarify the further procedure, organise the follow-up order and stay on it until completion
You answer incoming calls, reliably record the concerns and forward them to the responsible department, friendly in contact, reliable in implementation
Your tasks also include maintaining the alarm device list, coordinating the alarm system and the annual on-call planning with registration of the on-call technicians at the alarm monitoring centre
You check service and work reports, prepare invoices for fault deployments and coordinate warranty cases as well as damage reports
You also organise the maintenance of our vehicle fleet. Because done here also means: thoroughly reprocessed
Your profile:
Commercial or technical basic training as well as at least two years of experience in dispatching, deployment planning or a comparable coordination function
Good technical understanding and confident handling of PC and Excel
Experience in the service, installation or building technology sector is a plus but not a must
Careful planning, clear priorities and a calm, solution-oriented attitude even with short-term changes
Independent working style, consistent follow-up and enjoyment in reliably completing tasks
Clear, friendly communication and very good German skills. As well as good English skills, knowledge of Italian is welcome but not a must
