Your tasks:

• all exciting tasks in the daily operations of the museum & the City Rally
• support in shop, HR & finance
• support & co-create in marketing, social media
• admin tasks in the museum daily routine and the City Rally
• contributing ideas & thoughts
• projects (e.g. new tools, museum guide, events, smart processes etc.)
• communicating with guests – clearly, friendly, in German & English
• occasionally helping out in the museum (cash desk, supervision, tours)
• joyfully creating genuine WOW moments
• co-managing shop & small technical issues
• getting involved where you really enjoy it

Basic requirements:

• enjoyment in learning all relevant tasks in museum operations
• thinking ahead and working precisely
• a positive attitude, humour and zest for life
• enthusiasm for museum life – not just theory, but right in the middle of it
• joy in people, communication & new ideas
• a sense of responsibility + team spirit
• structured thinking, creativity at heart
• confident use of MS Office suite & AI tools (preferably also Canva, Notion, Mailchimp, Meta, Adobe or Illustrator etc.)
• fluent communication in German (native or business fluent), as well as good English skills
