Your Tasks

• Technical leadership and support of the measurement team in fixture construction as well as promotion of the professional competence of employees and apprentices
• Planning, coordination and prioritisation of measurement orders for fixtures and aircraft components
• Execution, analysis and documentation of measurements with portable measuring systems and CAD-supported methods
• Technical support for complex measurement tasks as well as ensuring compliance with quality requirements
• Interface function between workshop, engineering, methodology and quality assurance
• Participation in process and quality improvements as well as ensuring timely and cost-effective order processing

What Convince Us

• Completed vocational training as a polymechanic, toolmaker or comparable, as well as further training as a master mechanic HF, production technician HF or in the field of quality assurance and metrology
• Several years of professional experience in teaching and fixture construction as well as handling measuring arms, portable measuring systems or CMM
• Knowledge of PolyWorks, SpatialAnalyzer or PC-DMIS as well as proficient use of CAD, MS365 and SAP, very good German skills in spoken and written form, English skills at B2 level are an advantage
• Independent, precise and quality-conscious working method with high personal responsibility
• Resilient and solution-oriented personality with a structured approach and pronounced quality awareness
• Empathetic and communicative leadership personality with team orientation, persuasiveness and promotion competence
