Your responsibilities
- 3D and BIM modelling of electrical building services systems
- Digital planning of complex building services projects in building construction
- Development of digital solutions across the entire construction planning sector
- Independent conception and planning of sub-projects
- Participation in internal and external project meetings
- Supporting the team in various interesting projects for the public sector, industry and service companies
- Development / drawing of plans and schematics
- Close collaboration with other specialist departments through interdisciplinary teams
Your profile
- Basic training in electrical planning
- Knowledge of BIM modelling software, preferably Autodesk Revit
- BIM / digitalisation enthusiast with the courage to embrace new paths and actively shape them
- Knowledge in building data structures and performing data analyses
- Creation of scripts
- Familiarity and interest in expanding and maintaining databases
- Strong interconnected thinking for system optimisation and building project data models
- Enthusiasm and team player
- Good professional network in the field of digital planning
- Confident appearance and skilful handling of clients
- Independent, reliable personality with enjoyment of demanding work
- Teamwork, social competence and strong customer orientation
- Holistic thinking
- Flawless German skills in spoken and written form, English is an advantage
