Process Leader 80 – 100 % (m/f/d)

The Business Unit Operations produces parts for all Hamilton companies, from injection-moulded parts to pipette tips for liquid handling, as well as metal and plastic components. Our goal is to produce as many parts in-house as possible. This keeps us agile, independent, and efficient.

This is what you can achieve:

Second-level support for production (assembly) in case of disruptions and technical queries

Maintenance, optimisation, and further development of production processes and product structures throughout the entire product lifecycle

Assessment, definition, and implementation of technical changes as part of product and process optimisations

Creation and processing of specification, verification, and manufacturing documentation

Systematic root cause analysis of defective components and products, as well as initiation and implementation of appropriate corrective measures

Collaboration in interdisciplinary projects to increase production performance and optimise the production environment

Support, maintenance, and further development of internal test software, macros, as well as user-specific software and test methods

Development of sustainable solution proposals through structured analyses for defect elimination and continuous process improvement

Active further development of our corporate culture

This is what you bring with you:

Completed training or further education in production processes, systems engineering, or a technical field (e.g. process specialist, process technician HF, technician HF systems engineering) or equivalent professional experience in this area, or willingness to undertake appropriate further training

Independent, conscientious, and careful working style

Knowledge of LEAN principles and experience with continuous improvement processes

Strong analytical skills and a structured, solution-oriented mindset

Communicative, employee-oriented personality with strong teamwork skills

Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written

Good user knowledge of Microsoft 365
