The Swiss Markets Fashion division acts as the ambassador of the Retail spirit for the Brand's original activity, Fashion. Each collection reflects the values dear to Gabrielle Chanel through a unique and bold style: freedom, femininity, creativity. CHANEL's highly selective distribution network in Switzerland and Latin America spans 4 countries and showcases each collection. It is the obsession with detail and the pursuit of perfection that makes the encounter between CHANEL and its clients a magical moment.
Integrated within the Swiss Markets Fashion Product Merchandising team, you assist the Product Merchandising Manager in activity management and reporting tasks.
Your main missions are:
- Support the Product Merchandising Manager in managing all product lines for all boutiques in Switzerland and Latin America:
- Ensure regular reporting of key performance indicators (Sales, Stock, Sell-through, Stock coverage months...) and create reports on Power BI for all boutiques.
- Participate in the preparation of presentations for various audiences (Boutiques, Management)
- Develop ad hoc analyses based on challenges and current business activity
- Monitor transfers, stock optimization, diversions
- Participate in the preparation and monitoring of collection purchases:
- Audit existing purchasing support tools used by different markets,
- Make recommendations on tools to keep / optimize / remove, then evolve purchasing reports
- Build pre-purchase analyses (offer structure and average prices)
- Define reorder requests before each purchasing session
- Build and monitor purchase results by boutique throughout the showroom duration
- Participate in preparing the final purchase results presentation
- Participate in pricing collections in local currency
- Competitive watch (fashion week, price mapping, capsules, collaborations)
Profile
About to graduate from a Business School or Engineering School (Master), you have a first experience in Marketing, Merchandising, Purchasing and/or Finance.
You master English and the Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint…) and are recognized for your rigor, autonomy, taste for numbers, adaptability, and analytical skills. Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
Position to be filled at the end of June 2026 for 6 months or 1 year, based in Geneva.
An internship agreement is required for this position.
