For our purchasing team in Urdorf, we are looking for a fashion-enthusiastic personality with a pronounced sense for premium menswear as a Premium Business Buyer Men 100%, starting by arrangement.

• You are responsible for purchasing and strategic assortment design in the premium menswear sector
• With your sense for trends, brands, and customer needs, you develop an inspiring and economically successful range
• You shape and develop our private labels in close collaboration with internal and external partners
• You identify relevant developments early and translate them into attractive assortment and brand worlds
• You analyse sales figures and market potentials and derive targeted measures for your assortment
• You conduct negotiations with our brand partners confidently, in partnership, and with a clear focus on our economic goals
• You maintain long-term relationships with existing suppliers and evaluate new, exciting brands and partnerships
• You visit national and international showrooms, fairs, and suppliers, bringing new impulses into our product world
• You work closely with our internal departments to ensure that purchasing, brand presentation, and customer needs perfectly interact

• You have several years of purchasing experience in retail, ideally in the premium clothing sector
• You bring solid textile knowledge, preferably in the HAKA ready-to-wear sector
• You have experience in developing and further developing private labels
• Fashion is your passion, and you possess a pronounced sense for trends, brands, and the needs of a discerning clientele
• You combine creativity and style confidence with analytical and entrepreneurial thinking
• You convince with negotiation strength, decisiveness, and a professional appearance
• You enjoy working in a team, take responsibility, and maintain a binding collaboration
• You act flexibly, resiliently, and solution-oriented even in a dynamic environment
• You communicate confidently in German and English; knowledge of French and Italian is an advantage
