Planning Specialist Welding Assemblies / Costing

We are a modern sheet metal processing company with around 50 employees. From individual parts to complex welding assemblies, we manufacture for the machinery, apparatus, pharmaceutical, and food sectors.

To strengthen our planning department, we are looking for an experienced and technically skilled professional who understands orders before they go into production.

Your area of responsibility

Technically and geometrically assess incoming customer enquiriesEstimate feasibility of cutting, bending, and welding workCalculate orders and assemblies and record them in the ERP systemAssess materials, operations, and production timesCreate work plans, parts lists, and production documentsClarify technical questions with design, purchasing, and productionRecognise welding-related and normative requirements early and coordinate with our welding specialist if necessaryPrepare orders cleanly and efficiently for production

What you bring with you

Technical training in sheet metal, plant and apparatus construction, metal construction or comparable (welding specialist is a plus but not a must)Experience in planning and/or costingGood understanding of sheet metal processing and welded constructionsConfident handling of ERP systems and technical documentsIndependent, structured, and solution-oriented working styleYou can understand technical contexts and communicate them clearlyKnowledge of EN 1090 and AD 2000 is a plus – but not a must
