For our client in Sisseln, we are looking immediately and for a fixed-term assignment of approx. 2–3 months for a:

Employee HSE / Hazardous Substance Management (m/f/d) 100%

The core of your activity is the recording and structured documentation of raw materials, chemicals, and auxiliaries used on site. You gather the relevant information and ensure that the associated safety data sheets are procured, checked, and clearly filed.

• Creating a complete overview of raw materials, chemicals, and auxiliaries used on site
• Recording and structuring relevant information in a central list
• Procuring, checking, updating, and systematically filing the associated safety data sheets (SDS)
• Maintaining and structuring HSE-relevant data and documentation
• Supporting the HSE team in complying with internal and legal requirements
• Ideally, creating operating instructions based on the existing safety data sheets

Your profile:

• Completed commercial training (KV) or ongoing/completed training or studies in natural sciences, chemistry, environment, or comparable field
• Technical understanding and interest in topics related to chemicals, occupational safety, and hazardous substances
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
• Structured, careful, and independent working style
• Good MS Office skills, especially Excel
• Enjoy gathering, checking, and clearly documenting information
• Committed personality as well as precise and careful working style
• Experience in HSE or hazardous substance area is an advantage but not a must
