At the Burgdorf and Langnau locations, a well-coordinated team is responsible daily from early morning until late, including weekends and public holidays, for the competent reception of our customers and hospital guests. Your area of responsibility
- Operational and personnel management as well as further development of employees
- Ensuring and coordinating daily business at reception, back office and emergency reception
- Active and professional participation in various operational services
- Responsibility for personnel deployment and duty planning
- Ensuring, coordinating and continuously optimising administrative processes and workflows
- Handling and coordinating demanding administrative tasks and situations
- Ensuring quality standards as well as smooth information flow to internal and external interfaces
- Deputising for the Head of Patient Management and Coordination
What you bring with you
- Commercial or comparable training, ideally related to hospitals or healthcare
- Leadership experience or experience in a coordinating role is an advantage
- Strong social and communication skills as well as enjoyment in leading employees
- Organisational talent, sense of responsibility and a structured way of working
- Resilience, decisiveness and flexibility even in demanding situations
- Enjoyment of an operational leadership role and active participation in daily business
- Good IT user skills; experience with clinical information systems is an advantage
