Type of Work

In this exciting role, you will lead projects to develop innovative solutions for customers in the health care, industry, and mechanical engineering sectors. You will advise customers and sales organisations on technical matters such as material selection, component and material analysis, as well as injection moulding processing. Another focus lies in conducting tests and sampling on modern equipment in the in-house injection moulding technology centre as well as directly at the customer’s site. Additionally, you will develop technical fundamentals, carry out feasibility analyses, and prepare cost calculations. Through close collaboration in interdisciplinary teams with research & development, production, material analytics, marketing, and sales, you will significantly contribute to the company’s further development. Market observations to identify new trends and technologies, as well as delivering specialist presentations and internal training sessions, complete your range of duties.

Requirements Profile

For this responsible position, you have a completed degree in plastics engineering, materials engineering, or mechanical engineering. Professional experience in injection moulding technology and in the design of technical plastic components is essential. You are a decisive, entrepreneurial-minded individual who actively seeks challenges in the fields of technology and project management. Commitment, initiative, and flexibility are among your strengths, as are good English skills, both spoken and written.
