To strengthen our Residential and Commercial Planning team in Langenthal, we are looking for a dedicated and meticulous individual as

Architect: Residential and Commercial 80–100 %
In this role, you will develop and work on diverse construction projects in the residential and commercial sectors from design through to the construction project and participation in execution. You combine design quality with precise planning in ArchiCAD and work closely with the planning management and specialist planners. With your ideas and expertise, you contribute to well-thought-out and carefully elaborated projects.

Your tasks:

• Development of designs and construction projects as well as participation in execution planning
• Processing feasibility studies, prequalifications, and competitions
• Independent procurement and analysis of fundamentals for planning and project development
• Clarifications with authorities, specialist committees, and specialist offices as well as documentation of results
• Coordination of specialist planners and support of selection procedures
• Integration of specialist planning into the project, development of details, and design supervision of execution
• Working in ArchiCAD in teamwork via the BIM server
• Clarifications regarding Swiss standards and regulations and incorporation into planning

What you bring:

• Completed studies in architecture FH or ETH or a comparable qualification
• Experience in handling building construction projects, ideally in the residential and commercial sectors
• Design sensitivity and enjoyment of design, project development, and competitions
• Good knowledge of ArchiCAD as well as applicable Swiss planning standards and regulations
• Independent, precise, and structured working method with a good understanding of constructive details
• Team orientation, clear communication, and enjoyment of collaboration with planning management, specialist planners, and authorities.
