We manufacture machines and systems for process engineering, especially pneumatic conveying systems, dosing and mixing plants. Our customers include renowned companies from the food industry, chemical industry, construction chemistry, and pharmaceuticals.

Application Engineer / Technical Sales Engineer 80-100% (m/f)

Your field of activity

• Preparation of offers and handling of orders in the area of components: dosing, mixing, crushing, and pneumatic conveying.
• Technical clarifications with customers including support during trials in the Test Centre
• Customer consulting
• Support of project management during order processing
• Project tracking in close cooperation with the field sales staff
• Contract review
• Acquisition of new customers in cooperation with our field sales
• Monitoring competitors and developing proposals for further development of the product range
• Collaboration with our international subsidiaries on technical and commercial issues
• Participation in the further development and standardisation of processes, sales documents, and technical decision bases
• Documentation and structured transfer of technical knowledge within the organisation

Your profile and qualifications

• Engineer in process engineering or mechanical engineering FH/HF, technical sales person or comparable education with a technical background
• Several years of experience in technical sales, application engineering, or mechanical process engineering
• Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written
• Very good MS Office and ERP knowledge
• Strong planning and organisational skills
• Structured, analytical, and systematic working style
• Open and communicative personality with confident appearance towards customers and internal specialists
• Negotiation skills and ability to work in a team
• Experience in the technical design of process engineering components is an advantage
• Ability to analyse technical requirements in a structured manner and develop customer-oriented and economical solutions
• Interest in optimising and standardising processes and working methods
• Ability to systematically document and transfer technical knowledge
• High initiative and enjoyment in taking responsibility and actively driving topics forward
