We are looking for someone who rethinks our paid strategy, clarifies it, and delivers measurable results. As SEA & Campaign Manager, you have the freedom to fundamentally rethink campaigns. Not just managing the existing but truly shaping.

Your area of responsibility

You have a feel for which message reaches which target group – and through which channel. Your main tasks include:

• Development and further development of the paid media strategy (channel selection, budget allocation, target group definition) for Switzerland and Germany
• Planning, implementation and optimisation of campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms
• Rethinking campaigns: developing concepts, accessing target groups, communicating messages anew and using test formats
• Ongoing performance monitoring and reporting with a focus on lead generation, reach and awareness
• Market observation and active derivation of campaign ideas based on trends and competitor analyses

What you bring to our team

Are you communicative, curious and an absolute team player? We are especially excited if you bring the following:

• 2-3 years of experience in performance and paid media marketing, ideally in the B2B environment
• You know the platforms Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads in depth
• Analytical strength: confident handling of tracking and data evaluation
• Strategic thinking: you question the status quo and develop your own approaches
• Independent, structured working style and high result orientation
