We are represented in Switzerland at a total of 7 locations , namely in Zurich (headquarters), Bern, Basel, St. Gallen and Geneva as well as service centres in the regions of Chur and Lucerne.

For our service department at the Rümlang location, we are looking for a

Service Manager Elevators Region Zurich Unterland 100%

Your tasks:

• Leadership responsibility for a service team of 8 employees
• Central contact person for our customers in all matters concerning our elevator systems
• Budget responsibility and management of the operational service business
• Control and monitoring of service & on-call planning
• Ensuring service quality and performance, implementation of customer actions
• Support of the repair business (repair requirements)
• Handling customer complaints

Your profile:

• Completed vocational training in a technical field (e.g. polymechanic, plant & apparatus builder, electrician)
• Further training in the commercial field is an advantage
• Experience in the elevator industry
• Professional experience in the service sector
• Leadership experience and strong customer orientation
• Organisational thinking
• Teamwork skills
• Confident German language skills, both spoken and written
• Confident handling of Office365 products, Navision knowledge is an advantage
• Driving licence category B
