SAP Partner & Application Service Manager (all)

In this central role, you connect people, services and partners around our ERP landscape. You shape the Application Service Management, manage the collaboration with SAP and provide guidance even when things get challenging.

Your area of responsibility

• You manage the Application Service Management across several areas and ensure a high level of service quality
• As a central interface, you orchestrate the operational partnership between SAP and BKW and bring the relevant stakeholders together
• You conduct service and performance reviews, demand agreed services and ensure BKW's commitments
• In case of major disruptions, you take over the coordination of task forces and bring together different specialists to find solutions
• You keep an eye on KPIs and service quality and derive targeted improvements for the service organisation
• Together with internal and external partners, you coordinate operational roadmaps and drive continuous improvement

Your profile

• Several years of experience in Application Service Management as well as in SAP partner or vendor management form your professional basis
• You understand IT contexts and can classify and connect technical and business perspectives
• You bring together different interests even in demanding situations and represent agreed services clearly and objectively
• You handle contracts and service agreements confidently and use them as a basis for effective partner management
• You appear confident at different hierarchical levels and communicate very well in German and English
• An independent and structured way of working as well as calmness and orientation in complex situations characterise you
