HR Generalist

About the job

Renova Real Estate AG is looking for an engaged and independent personality as a HR Generalist (30–60%) to start immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks

In this versatile role, you will take on the operational support of our employees and assist us in all personnel processes. Your main tasks include:

• Recruitment: You accompany the entire recruitment process – from creating and publishing job advertisements, coordinating interviews, to supporting the hiring process
• Contract management: You create and manage employment contracts, agreements, references, and other personnel documents
• EO notifications and social insurances: You independently process and coordinate EO notifications and take on further tasks in the area of social insurances
• Onboarding: You organise and accompany the entry of new employees
• Offboarding: You coordinate and accompany departures and ensure a smooth handling of administrative processes. You support with further
• HR administrative and organisational tasks. You are a competent and trustworthy contact person for employees and supervisors regarding personnel-related questions.

Your profile

• Completed commercial training as well as a further education in HR (e.g. HR specialist) or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in a comparable HR generalist role
• Experience in recruitment as well as in operational personnel administration
• Independent, structured and reliable working style
• Discreet and trustworthy personality with high social competence
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
• Experience in the main construction industry is an advantage but not a requirement
• Enjoyment in taking responsibility in a dynamic environment and actively shaping processes
