Role:
The internationally active beverage company is one of the leading providers in the Swiss beverage industry and specialises in the production, bottling, marketing and distribution of soft drinks. The broad product portfolio includes carbonated soft drinks, mineral water, still drinks, energy drinks and coffee.

Responsibilities:
You ensure the correct and timely processing of payroll accounting and social insurances and manage the collaboration with the external payroll provider.
All payroll-relevant changes and absences, including withholding tax, child allowances as well as accident and illness cases, are reliably coordinated by you.
You are responsible for the monthly payroll approvals and payments as well as the complete payroll year-end closing tasks.
In cooperation with Finance, you monitor the payroll-related financial accounts and continuously develop existing processes, controls and guidelines.
You are the contact person for HR, managers and external parties, coordinate audits and system adjustments and lead payroll projects as well as cross-departmental HR initiatives.
Qualifications:
A completed commercial apprenticeship or a comparable qualification forms your professional basis.
You have already worked for several years in the field of payroll, salary processing or social insurances and are well acquainted with the Swiss framework conditions.
You are familiar with Swiss social insurances and pension funds and have good Excel skills as well as analytical ability.
You convince through discretion, professional appearance, assertiveness and enjoyment in exchanging with various stakeholders. You communicate fluently in German and well in English.
