The Herrenbergli Retirement and Care Centre, a typical Zurich neighbourhood and retirement centre with a focus on long-term care, is open to 97 residents. Over one hundred qualified employees from the areas of care and support, activation, hospitality, kitchen, service, building services and administration work with joy and commitment to ensure that our residents feel comfortable at Herrenbergli.

We are a private non-profit institution, independently and economically managed, and therefore not part of the retirement centres of the City of Zurich.

To strengthen our HR department, we are looking for a committed and reliable HR administrator immediately or by arrangement.

In this role, you will take on the following tasks:

• Administration of various HR processes (onboarding and offboarding, contract management, time management)
• Maintenance and management of personnel data
• Active participation in the completion and further development of the digitalisation of our personnel files
• Support with general organisational tasks in the HR area
• Assistance with application management and absence management

The scope of tasks is not set in stone and can be adapted according to existing experience, know-how and area of interest.

To succeed in your daily work, you have:

• Proven experience in human resources
• A structured, careful and independent way of working
• Trustworthiness and discretion in handling sensitive data
• Very good MS Office skills, high affinity for working with computer systems and tools
• Confident German language skills, both spoken and written
