About the job
Business Informatics Specialist Focused on Construction Project Management (a) in Zurich
Workload: 80-100%
Start: immediately or by arrangement
Switzerland builds with and on us. Because almost everywhere something beautiful is created, our software ensures smooth processes in the background. Over 150 customers use our PROVIS software for construction project management.
Do you find software and new technologies exciting? Are you somewhat familiar with the processes in an SME or a larger company? Are you fascinated by digitalization and the resulting opportunities to optimize processes around construction projects and the entire lifecycle of a property? Can you imagine supporting Swiss SMEs in implementing smart software solutions? Then we definitely need to get to know each other. Our business is booming and we are looking for new colleagues who are eager to tackle something new professionally.
THIS MAKES YOUR EVERYDAY LIFE EXCITING
- You participate in the planning and execution of projects and assignments to ensure they are completed within the timeframe and budget. Through your coordinating interface role between various teams and stakeholders, you ensure a smooth project flow. You identify project risks early and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- As a Business Analyst, you know how to listen carefully, analyze, and precisely document everything our customers want. You are basically the requirements wizard who transforms our customers' business requirements into clear, understandable documents.
- In your role, you independently lead workshops with our customers to capture their requirements in a targeted manner. You continuously check whether the desired solution is technically feasible and economically sensible with PROVIS.
- Teamwork is more than just a buzzword for you – you support project managers, customer advisors, and end users with your expertise and formulate the assignments for your partners in Requirement & Software Engineering.
YOUR SKILLS AND STRENGTHS:
- You are our interpreter and translate business requirements into technical concepts. Therefore, you should, or honestly must, have experience in gathering customer requirements.
- You quickly grasp connections, enjoy learning new things, and are driven by ambition when it comes to understanding your customers' business and showing them good solutions.
- What exactly is on your training certificates is not the most important. You probably have a solid IT education or a degree in (business) informatics, as proven success in business analysis, process optimization, or project management is a must for us.
- If you are very interested in business software or have perhaps already dealt with it, even better. And you should be able to convince well and generally have a good presence.
- Your colleagues look forward to reinforcement from an easy-going person who likes to laugh, even at themselves. And yes, there is a lot of hard work waiting for you. "Gring ache u seckle" should not be foreign to you. It's worth it, we promise.
OUR PROMISE
- A rewarding and super exciting job, where we will train you well here in the Valley. And once you are confident, very good development opportunities in a growing team.
- We are a bit embarrassed to praise ourselves for probably the best team spirit far and wide. So we simply quote a five-star feedback from Kununu: "Team spirit is highly valued." True!
- From zero to one hundred in 18... no, not seconds, years. We have grown fast but healthily and are well organized.
- Lean structures and super simple decision-making processes.
- In our field, we are among the larger players and are known for our high quality.
- A good salary that you can influence with your performance. Daily sickness benefits and accident insurance? We cover that. Together with other benefits, this quickly adds up to a few thousand per year.
Already fired up? Would you rather start today than tomorrow? Then send us your CV or the link to your LinkedIn profile. You can skip the motivation letter; we are completely uncomplicated in that regard. hr@axept.ch.
And the (a) in the job title? It is our statement for diversity. We love mixed teams. Age, origin, skin color, or gender do not matter to us. With us, (a)ll are welcome who help us move forward with their talent.
