To complement our technical office, we are looking for an Estimator / Quantity Surveyor, available immediately or by arrangement, capable of studying projects, preparing precise offers, and ensuring their administrative and financial follow-up.

🎯 Your responsibilities

• Preparation of quotes and quantity surveys
• Study of plans and tender documents
• Preparation of submission dossiers
• Price requests from suppliers and subcontractors
• Analysis and comparison of offers
• Preparation of amendments and final accounts
• Collaboration with management, the technical office, and site teams

👤 Your profile

• Training in landscaping, outdoor developments, or construction
• Experience in estimation, quantity surveying, and tenders
• Good reading and understanding of plans
• Comfort with numbers and proficiency in common IT tools
• Knowledge of Baubit software is an advantage
• Excellent command of French; knowledge of German appreciated
• Rigour, autonomy, reliability, and organisational skills
• Good team spirit and communication skills
