What you bring

• Technical or commercial basic training with appropriate further education
• Several years of experience in technical purchasing in a manufacturing company
• Knowledge in quality management and ideally ISO9001
• Strong negotiation skills and entrepreneurial thinking
• Structured, solution-oriented and independent working style
• Confident handling of MS Office and SAP
• Very good German and English skills, knowledge of Italian and any other language is an advantage

Your tasks

• Independent handling of the entire procurement process from inquiry to goods receipt
• Technical and commercial clarifications with suppliers
• Comprehensive professional responsibility
• Monitoring delivery dates and checking order confirmations
• Supporting PPS and sales in scheduling and delivery clarifications
• Optimising stock levels and procurement processes
• Evaluating new products and suppliers as well as conducting market and price comparisons
• Maintaining and further developing supplier relationships
• Assisting with monthly closings and evaluations
• Master data maintenance in the ERP system
