The Competence Area Sociocultural Mandates offers professional child and youth animation on behalf of several municipalities and private institutions. Together with children and young people, we implement projects and offers for child/youth promotion.

Your tasks
- Professional leadership and coordination, including ensuring presence and activities within the affiliated mandate Child and Youth Animation Birmenstorf
- Needs-oriented design of leisure and educational offers for children and young people
- Support and implementation of participatory projects and events
- Ensuring networking, public relations and communication with all stakeholders and political bodies
- Collaboration in the further development and conception of projects and offers
- Independent recording, evaluation and reporting of the work performed
- Collaboration in youth work at the Burghalde school of the City of Baden
- Collaboration in the lunch meeting in the Turgi district of the City of Baden
Your profile
- Completed training in social work (HF or FH), preferably in sociocultural animation (HF or FH), or equivalent training
- Several years of professional experience in the field of child and youth animation, leadership experience an advantage
- Ability to independently, responsibly and conscientiously plan and implement offers and projects
- Strong communication skills, good presentation competence and pronounced role awareness
- Organisational talent and willingness to work in a team
- Confident German language skills in spoken and written form
- Willingness to work irregular hours and weekends
