We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Expert (m/f/d) for Endress+Hauser Flow to complement our team and actively shape the success of our organisation by attracting specialists and leaders.

In this role, you identify and attract people who, with their expertise, knowledge, and personality, shape the future of our technologies and our work. Our measuring solutions help companies worldwide conserve resources, use energy more efficiently, and make processes more sustainable. To achieve this impact, we need the right talents — both in the technical expert environment and in leadership roles.

What tasks will you take on?
You will:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes focusing on leadership roles (up to and including executive positions) and demanding specialist expert positions.
- Develop search strategies that include both active sourcing and targeted market approaches.
- Build and maintain talent pools for critical target groups to identify qualified profiles in the long term.
- Conduct direct approaches and attract suitable talents for us across various channels.
- Advise hiring managers and HR business partners to ensure well-founded and fair selection processes.
- Moderate interviews, lead feedback structures, and accompany transparent decision-making processes.
- Use market and trend analyses to continuously develop our talent acquisition strategy.
- Collaborate with global TA teams and employer branding to ensure a strong candidate experience.
What do we expect from you?
You:
- Have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in (business) psychology, business administration, or a comparable further education.
- Bring several years of experience in recruiting technical profiles and ideally in executive search.
- Understand the labour market in technical and commercial environments and are interested in trends and developments.
- Communicate clearly, appreciatively, and convincingly and enjoy working closely with managers.
- Are confident in active sourcing and in using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and ideally SuccessFactors.
- Appear trustworthy, build relationships quickly, and professionally accompany candidates through the process.
- Work solution-oriented, structured, and bring initiative.
- Speak and write fluent German and English.
