Reception Staff LUKS and St. Anna Clinic 60% (m/f/d)
What you can achieve:
- Reception and information desk for patients, customers and employees
- Prioritising patients
- Recording and managing patient master data
- Telephone support for departments regarding patient movements
- Performing various administrative tasks
What you bring:
- Helpful, communicative and empathetic personality
- Quick responsiveness and stress-resistant character
- Strong service orientation, flexibility and independence
- Good PC skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form, English skills are an advantage
- Willingness to work night shifts and weekends (working hours from Monday to Thursday 20:45 - 07:15 and from Friday to Sunday 21:45 - 07:00)
